Do I have to upload a log file ?

We don't need log files to show your statistics.

Why can't I find my Summoner ?

We're not able to search for your Summoner if the north american or european LoL server is currently offline or under maintance.
The current states of the server are on our home site.

Why do I have to manually update users to get fresh data ?

Serving statistics for more than 5 million players in real time is out of our capacity.
The custom game list and ladders, as well their players are updated hourly or daily.

Is this service from Riot Games ?

Although we would like to be a part of Riot Games, this was just a side project.

Can you delete my profile ?

Sure, just send your summoner name to admin@lolstatistics.com and we'll remove it.

What means na, eu, eu_east ?

"na" stands North America, "eu" for Europe and "eu_east" for Europe Nordic & East.

What does the online and offline status of the servers mean ?

It's shows our current status of our servers and which are able to crawl users.
If a server is offline, it won't be able to find statistics about a user which haven't been searched yet.
Usually offline servers are back online after 1 hour.
